Brands by Rappi filters are the tool that allows you to narrow down the data presented in the reports and thus be able to perform analysis according to your needs.

You will find filters at 3 different places inside the platform:

  1. The first stop is Performance, within Analyze
    • You are going to see “Data Aggregation”, this allows you to determine the type of period that will be used to make comparisons against the previous period.
    • You must select the date range to be analyzed, consider that the period you selected must match the range of dates you select.
      • You can consult the maximum possible ranges for each date aggregation option by hovering your mouse over “Period”, in the filter section.
        • For example, if you select a “Monthly” period, your date range must contain at least 6 full months.
    • Now comes the City selection, you can choose one, some, or all.
    • For “Maker” if you have more than one Maker in yoir portfolio here you can choose which you want to analyze.
    • Finally, for “Brand”, “Category”, “Store” and “Segment”, you can choose one, some or all of the options.
  1. Next filter you will find is in Raw data, inside Analyze, and contains exactly the same filtering parameters that we already reviewed in the previous example.
  1. The third filter is located within Behavior, in Sense. Here the selection of periods is direct since it is not necessary to select a specific date.
    • On “Period” you can choose within the predefined periods, your selection will determine the accumulated data that you will see in the dashboard.
    • In the City selection, you can choose one, some, or all.
    • For “Maker”, if you have more than one Maker in your portfolio here you can choose which you want to analyze.
